Real Estate Brokerage

Fee for Services:

Most conventional real estate listing contracts provide for an exclusive contract, and a fixed percentage of the sales price of the property, to be paid to the selling broker. The introduction of the internet, and rapidly changing markets have, for many applications, rendered that type arrangement obsolete. We offer a negotiated flat fee based on services provided.

Variable Percentage Contracts:

If preferred, We also offer a percentage of the sales price contract, but, one that varies depending on the degree of services required.

Non-Exclusive Contracts:

"RESCO" believes you should have the right to sell your own property. Other agencies require an exclusive right to sell contract, that obligate you to pay the listing agency the full commission, even though they do not sell your property. We accept, but do not require, exclusive contracts.

Hourly Rate:

We also welcome clients that prefer an hourly rate arrangement for specific services. "RESCO" bills time at $125.00 per hour, plus verified expenses.
