H.A. "Pat" Buckley served nearly fifteen year as Assistant Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner. He holds current licenses, in good standing, as an Oklahoma Private Investigator and Oklahoma Real Estate Broker
In 1979, H.A. "Pat" Buckley put his real estate and insurance licenses on hold, and was appointed to serve as Assistant Commissioner with the Oklahoma Insurance Department. He served for nearly fifteen years, as Assistant Insurance Commissioner, Senior Supervising Examiner, and Legislative Liaison. He was one of only a few hundred examiners throughout the United States, holding holding dual certification from both the Society of Financial Examiners and the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society.
In 1990 H.A. Buckley formed H.A. Buckley Associates, a licensed Private Investigative Agency that now compliments Real Estate Services Company. He is nationally recognized for having conducted statutory financial and regulatory conduct investigations of corporate entities and individuals nationwide, in both hostile and friendly environments. H.A. "Pat" Buckley enjoys many years experience working within the financial, real estate, regulatory, and legal community. He is familiar with courthouse procedures and records research and review. He is skilled at providing clients with written reports in anticipation of litigation. Mr. Buckley is a skilled communicator and people person.
He understands, and has many years experience, with Oklahoma Legislative and regulatory affairs. While representing the Oklahoma Insurance Department with the Oklahoma Legislature, Mr. Buckley successfully participated in the proposing and enactment of major revisions to Oklahoma law. Mr. Buckley is past Chairman of the Government and Legislative Affairs Committee for the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors
